Silergy公司推出的usb限流开关SY6288, RDS(ON)值根据不同的封装值在50~105m欧姆之间。适应于播放器，机顶盒，手持设备等的usb接口保护上面。

       此ic分为很多个型号，具体区分根据限制电流的不同和封装的不同，有如下区别。

SY6288 1 2 3 4 ，1一般代表不同的型号，电流的区别以及室高电平使能还是低电平使能，比如SY6288A为高电平使能，限制电流600ma。具体详细的对应关系请参考以下：

  B: Active Low/0.6A

C: Active High/2A

  C1:Active High/1.5A

  C2:Active High/1.5A

  C4:Active High/2A

  D:Active Low/2A

  D1:Active Low/1.5A

  D2:Active Low/1.5A

2 3位置代表了封装，AA代表SOT23-5封装 CA代表MSOP8封装 FA代表SO8封装。最后4位置一般为温度吗，固定为c。举例假如需要2A 高电平使能，SOT23-5封装，对应的型号为SY6288CAAC。目前播放器行业一般使用CAAC比较多。
